The 904L stainless steel sintered wire mesh is made of 904L (EN 1.4539) super austenitic stainless steel material. 904L stainless steel is mainly used in medium to high corrosive working conditions. High chromium and nickel content, as well as additional copper and molybdenum elements, contribute to excellent corrosion resistance against chloride stress corrosion cracking and pitting. 904L alloy also has good resistance to dilute sulfuric acid, other inorganic acids, and most organic acids.
904L stainless steel wire mesh is widely used for weaving patterns and micrometer scale. 904L stainless steel perforated metal sheets can come in various thicknesses, hole shapes, sizes, and spacing. Therefore, we can provide all types of 904L sintered wire mesh and accept full customization of sintered wire mesh.
904L is more cost-effective than Hastelloy C sintered wire mesh under working conditions that do not require extreme corrosion resistance.
